A CPU running at 100 degrees Celsius is extremely hot and could potentially cause damage to the processor. Most CPUs have a maximum safe operating temperature, and if the CPU is consistently reaching 100 degrees, it is likely overheating. This could be due to inadequate cooling, a malfunctioning fan, or a problem with the thermal paste. It's important to address this issue promptly to prevent damage to the CPU and ensure the proper functioning of the computer. **

People die relatively quickly in 100-degree hot water because the water conducts heat much more efficiently than air. This means that the body loses heat rapidly in hot water, leading to a rapid increase in body temperature and potential heat stroke. In a 100-degree hot sauna, the air is the primary source of heat, and the body can still effectively regulate its temperature through sweating and evaporation. Additionally, the body is not submerged in the hot environment, allowing for more efficient heat dissipation. **

Yes, a 100-watt heat lamp may be too hot for chicks. Chicks require a warm but not overheated environment to thrive. It is recommended to use a lower wattage heat lamp or a heat source specifically designed for chicks to ensure they are kept at the appropriate temperature for their health and well-being. Monitoring the temperature in the brooder and adjusting the heat source as needed is crucial to prevent overheating or chilling of the chicks. **

Yes, hot water at 100 degrees Celsius can effectively kill bacteria and viruses. At this temperature, the heat denatures the proteins and enzymes within the bacteria and viruses, effectively destroying their structure and preventing them from functioning properly. This makes them unable to survive and reproduce, effectively eliminating them. However, it's important to note that not all bacteria and viruses are equally susceptible to heat, and some may require higher temperatures or longer exposure to be effectively killed. **

When selling fixed assets, the carrying amount of 100 is recorded by first calculating the difference between the selling price and the original cost of the asset. If the selling price is higher than the original cost, a gain on the sale is recorded. If the selling price is lower than the original cost, a loss on the sale is recorded. The carrying amount of 100 is then adjusted by the amount of the gain or loss to reflect the asset's new value on the balance sheet. This ensures that the financial statements accurately reflect the impact of the asset sale on the company's financial position. **
