This means that the shareholder retains ownership of the stocks regardless of any circumstances. Non-forfeitable stocks provide a sense of security to the shareholder, as they do not have to worry about losing their investment under certain conditions. This can make these stocks more attractive to investors looking for stability in their portfolio. **

A dash is a punctuation mark that is used to separate or emphasize information within a sentence. It is longer than a hyphen and can be used in place of commas, parentheses, or colons to create a pause or break in the sentence. Dashes can add emphasis, provide additional information, or set off a phrase for clarity or emphasis. **

When using apposition, both commas and dashes can be used to set off the appositive phrase. Commas are more commonly used and create a lighter separation between the appositive and the rest of the sentence. Dashes, on the other hand, create a stronger break and can be used for emphasis or to draw attention to the appositive. Ultimately, the choice between comma and dash depends on the writer's preference and the desired tone of the sentence. **
